toytoy.az provides tools for a guest list, seating, invitations, and tracking gifts and costs, plus a directory of wedding venues, wedding cars and organisers.

The service is free today. If paid features are added we will say so in advance, and nothing becomes paid without your agreement.

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details to register. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

You assign the roles of the members you invite to your wedding, and you decide what they can see.

What you enter belongs to you. Enter other people's details only to organise your wedding, and never to their harm.

Content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights is not allowed; we may remove it and close the account.

Directory details (prices, capacity, conditions) are for information and can change. Confirm the exact terms with the vendor.

Any agreement with a vendor is between you and them. toytoy.az is not a party to bookings or payments and is not responsible for the quality of their services.

We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Download an Excel or PDF copy of anything important, such as your gift list, from time to time.

To the extent the law allows, toytoy.az is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the service.

You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may close an account for a serious breach of these terms.

If these terms change we publish the new version here and tell account holders by email.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
